01 / Who is responsible?

02 / What happens when you enquire?

The enquiry form asks for your name, an optional business name, the service you are interested in and your project message. The website’s form code prepares these details in your browser; it does not save them to a website database or automatically send a message to Kesler.

When you choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, your entered details are included in a link passed to WhatsApp to prepare a message. When you choose “Continue by email”, they are passed to your email application as a draft. You can review the message before sending it. Draft details may be present in the generated link, your browser history or the receiving app, so avoid including passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.

If you send the message, Kesler receives its contents and the contact details your chosen service shares, such as your email address or WhatsApp phone number. Any files or further information you send in that conversation are also part of your enquiry.

03 / How is your information used?

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, understand your requirements, prepare a quote and discuss or deliver the services you request. If you become a client, relevant correspondence may also be needed for project administration, billing and applicable record-keeping obligations.

The enquiry form does not sign you up to a mailing list. This website has no advertising audience, data resale or automated profiling feature.

04 / Website data & cookies

The current website code does not add advertising cookies, analytics trackers, marketing pixels or browser storage for enquiry details. Images and fonts are served locally or use your device’s built-in fonts; there are no embedded social-media feeds.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver and protect the site. Their infrastructure may use necessary technologies for security and service operation. This is separate from the enquiry form.

05 / How long is information kept?

This website does not maintain a database of form submissions. Messages you send may remain in the email or WhatsApp conversation and related project records. Relevant retention periods depend on the enquiry, any resulting project, record-keeping requirements and the providers’ own settings and policies.

You can ask Kesler about the information held in your case or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

06 / Your choices & requests

You can browse the portfolio without contacting us, omit the optional business name, or contact Kesler directly instead of using the form. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have shared, or raise a concern about its use, by emailing larger.enterprises@gmail.com.

Requests will be considered under applicable privacy law. Reasonable identity verification may be needed to protect your information. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have further rights, including raising a concern with the relevant data protection authority.

This policy may be updated if the website, contact methods or information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
